My name is Ellen Rae Spann and I work with home sellers and their realtors. Every home property can benefit from a comprehensive, professionally assisted plan.

My work allows realtors to focus on marketing homes while I work directly with the homeowners on evaluating and updating their indoor and outdoor spaces.
Working with occupied residences, I help homeowners with furniture placement and décor, reimagining and updating their spaces using what they own while providing guidance with decluttering and packing. I meet homeowners where they are in the process and we work together to get their home prepared through hands-on services and action reports. I also work with homeowners who are not moving, but can benefit from my pre-listing processes to organize, renew and refresh their home spaces.
I am certified through Home Staging Resources and began my staging and redesign business in Richmond at the start of 2020. My background in hospitality and the meetings and events industry has provided me with extensive customer care experience. Building strong partnerships with realtors and providing exceptional customer service and home staging guidance to homeowners will always be at the core of my business.
