If you haven't yet heard the term buyer's eyes, it means we will be looking at your house as if we were a prospective buyer. With the right preparations, buyers will see it as their next home.  I do this using your existing furnishings and decor, which is a great cost-saving benefit for you.

Sometimes I may suggest that extra furnishings and décor be packed or stored.

I often recommend simple purchases that can add interest to a space. I provide a list of suggested items and provide shopping services if needed.

I love to share staging techniques and tips, so while we organize and simplify your homes spaces, our work together will naturally evolve into rooms that are staged and ready for your listing photographs.

I take lots of photographs during the initial consultation of your home and I almost always give packing homework!

Here is the “why” in why i want to stage

In a house that is occupied by the current owners (you!), a home stager can reimagine existing furnishings to create visual appeal and open space for the marketing photos. These new spaces also allow potential buyers to see themselves in those living spaces.

Side-note: I love what I do. I love working with people in their home spaces, reimagining those spaces into lighter and more functioning areas.
