This service is perfect if you’ll be living in your home during the sales process. We’ll discuss what to keep or pack, existing furniture placement, and recommendations for home repairs and minor cosmetic upgrades. Your marketing photos are the first ‘home tour’ for potential buyers, so this is an important first step. You’ll have a DIY plan with recommendations specific to your property, along with staging suggestions and a priority action list.

Investment: $300 (up to two hours)

Staging is the next step in preparing your home for a successful sale. After you’ve completed the recommendations from our consultation, we’ll arrange your remaining furniture and décor to create the desired look for your professional photos and in-person showings. Depending on what is needed, we can coordinate some personal shopping for soft goods, artwork and décor, or add an accessories rental package to complete the look. 

*Accessory rental packages available for an additional fee. 

This service is very helpful for occupied home sellers, because life happens! We can return just prior to the real estate photographer to do any final touch-ups.
